Hi, my name is Gullia Galichi and I am a graduated chef from the Jerusalem Culinary Institution. I have worked as a private chef and a proffesional caterer. I also have the pleasure of being a teacher of haute Italian cuisine.. In 2016 I wrote a book called 'Food for the soul' in this book as well as recipes I explain the connection between Jewish festive feasts and the Torah.
